MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or equivalent with course work or apprentice training in the building or mechanical trades.

• Mechanical or trade certifications preferred. 

• Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

• Must be a citizen of the United States or legally employable in the United States.

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in maintenance, repair of buildings, and mechanical/electrical equipment or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.

• American Heart Association (AHA) First Aid/CPR certified or become after employment.

• Starting Pay $47,721.00 (Entry) - Pay is flexible based on experience and certifications

• Upon Completion of 1 Year Service and completion of Basic Jail Academy: $49,897.00
